1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1โ2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees charged by their country.
3. Tracking
All domestic and most international orders include tracking.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will always help you locate your parcel.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it โ additional postage costs may apply.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
