Thank you for shopping with DRAIND. Below is our Shipping Policy, written for Australian customers and international orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1โ€“2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1โ€“4 business days
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International delivery times vary by country. Most orders arrive within:

  • Standard: 7โ€“21 business days

  • Express: 4โ€“10 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees charged by their country.


3. Tracking

All domestic and most international orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Australia Post delays

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume shipping periods

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will always help you locate your parcel.

If your order is delayed significantly or appears lost, email us and weโ€™ll investigate with the carrier.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it โ€” additional postage costs may apply.


6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

We will replace or refund your item in line with Australian Consumer Law.
