Return & Refund Policy — DRAIND

Thank you for supporting DRAIND. We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Stickers or opened sticker packs

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through misuse


2. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Faulty or damaged products

If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can sort it quickly.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
